My video gift to Block B on their 2nd year anniversary.

A video compilation for Block B’s 2nd anniversary of debut.

I chose my high school orchestra’s rendition of a medley from The Lord of the Rings soundtrack. Yes, that is me in there playing the cello, and this piece is very important to me because it was my last finale of my senior year. I played this with all my heart, with the final culmination of my journey so far and the hopes for my future.

With this video, I wanted to show the journey that Block B has gone through until now- with all the bumps and bruises along the road- are just the beginning of where they are going to go. They have already come so far from their tiny debut days, going from nobodies with too much lipgloss and four eyebrows to rambunctious titans on the stage, all without losing who they are.

"Every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice-versa, the bad things don’t necessarily spoil the good things, or make them unimportant."

Block B have had a pretty nasty dump of bad things on their pile, but those mean nothing compared to the priceless good times we’ve had. I wouldn’t trade my time with them for the world.

Even if the rest of my life moves on from this crazy world of k-pop, I will always be there standing tall for Block B. They are my support, and my inspiration, and I will never let myself let them down.

Congratulations, Block B. It’s been two wonderful years, and I can’t wait to follow you for more.
